I have to send a HUGE apology for just now blogging since we left. We have been here from about 5 days and this is the first time I have had enough free time to do this or I haven't been so tired that I didn't want to move. To make up for not blogging until now, this post will be full of pictures from the trip so far so I hope you enjoy it.
The plane ride from LA to Sydney was LONG but we made it through! Here's a view outside the plane about to land in Sydney.
The past few days have been filled with so many activities: meeting new people, basketball games at the local University, South African Cultural Night with real South African food, shopping in the mall (which was very overwhelming compared to the malls in the U.S.), painting various signs for upcoming events at the church building, giving away free coffee and hot tea from 7am-9am at the bus stop across the street from the building, site seeing in Sydney Harbor, hiking in the Blue Mountains, petting and feeding animals, and so much more.
Here are some pictures of some of what we've done so far!

SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE! All of us were freaking out when we finally saw it.
First place to eat in Sydney: Pancakes on the Rocks. I was son hungry that I didn't take a picture of my pancakes so I had to take this.

We just finished a girls Bible study at our host family's house and it was wonderful. I hope everyone is doing well and I promise to blog more often. Thanks for the continued prayers.
